Does prostate cancer stop semen production?

My man friend had the seed inplant of radiation for cancer. It worked. He is cured. He say he can no longer produce semen. Is this true?

it might but chances are that it doesnt, because sperm is produced in the gonads by testosterone so it actually has very little to do with the prostate, now you do need a healthy prostate in order to ejaculate and get erect enough
