Is there any evidence that Middle Eastern men have less Prostate cancer than Western men?

A fellow co-worker, formerly of Bagdad, Iraq, at an engineering firm I use to work for, once told me that because they squat to pee as part of their culture, that they have very few cases of Prostate cancer in their country. Is there any medical evidence to back this up. Give references. Jeeveswantstoknow...- Curious.

hi i am from egypt(arabian too) and i am biologist anyway prostate cancer infect men who watch porn too much without having sex or jerking off. so it is recommend after watching porn and for arabs and most islamic countries porngraghy is illegal so men and women donot watch porn .they only have sex( off course married people only) so infection will be much lesser than countries which porn is legal.AND SQUAT TO PEE NOT IN OUR CULTURE.
