Sometimes after surgery men can have problems with urinary incontinence and impotence. I'm sure this would cause some level of embarrassment for the man. To take it further, if a man has advanced prostate cancer, then they are on some form of treatment. Side effects can include hot flashes, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hair loss, etc. If the man has metastatic disease to the bone, they can also have severe pain.
Reply:My father had prostate cancer and had his prostate removed. He had no problems afterward. However, the only difference was the doctor told him when having sex he would have no ejaculate. That was the only thing the doctor mentioned. My father said his orgasms were not as intense and trying to pee after the operation was incredibly painful. However, after the first two pees were done it was easy from then on. Like I said afterward my father had no problems and did not change his lifestyle in anyway.
